The Intercompany (Interco) Process creates matched transaction pairs across organizational boundaries. Inventory transfers between entities automatically generate a Purchase Order in the receiving entity's ledger with a corresponding Sales Order in the supplying entity's ledger. This ensures balanced books and accurate financial reporting across all business units.
